If the cancellation orders reach us after our vendors or merchants have initiated the shipping process for those orders, the cancellation requests will not be entertained or refunded.

Don’t hesitate to contact our customer service staff if you receive your damaged orders and report them. However, the request won’t be granted until the merchant has checked and confirmed it on his end. Within 3 days of receiving the products, you need to notify Us.

Please get in touch with the customer support team related to products that you think do not match your expectations or, as shown on our online portal on the day you placed orders. It should be reported within 3 days of delivery. The team will take further actions after inspecting from their side.

Please be patient to receive your refunds. It might take 7 days to proceed with your refund request and complete the action.
